An apparatus for retaining insulation boarding between structural beams comprises a U-shaped elongate body 1 with sides 3, 4 and a space 9 that allows the apparatus to be slid or pressed onto a beam. The apparatus may cover the length of the beam and may be trimmed or cut to suit and may be formed from plastic or composite alloy. Ledge members 5, 6 support the insulation boards whilst tabs 7, 8 retain the boards in place. A central score line 10 may allow the apparatus to be split in two. |
