The present invention relates to a coke production method. Disclosed is a coke production method including a step of preparing a coal blend by blending a plurality of types of coals; a step of adding a mixture of a binder and a viscosity reducing agent reducing the viscosity of the binder to the coal blend; and a step of producing coke by carbonizing the mixed coal blend.
