PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing stem cell-derived microvesicles as active ingredients for preventing or treating neurological diseases is provided to obtain a cell therapeutic agent without ethical problems and immunogenicity problems, thereby showing safe treatment effects. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurological diseases contains stem cell-derived microvesicles as active ingredients. Stem cells are mesenchymal stem cells which are derived from the brain, liver, lung, umbilical cord blood, fetus blood, kidney, fat tissues, placenta, or bone marrow. The microvesicles have CD13, CD29, CD44, CD73, and CD105 surface antigen-positive property and CD10 and CD90-variable property. |
