<p>The present invention relates to a time-variant droop based inertia control method for a wind power plant. The time-variant droop based inertia control method for a wind power plant according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of obtaining a rated frequency value and an actual frequency value of an electric power system; calculating a deviation between the rated frequency value and the actual frequency value; calculating a change rate of the actual frequency; obtaining a droop coefficient (R_variant) using the change rate; and controlling a wind power plant based on the calculated deviation and the droop coefficient.</p> |
