According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar street lamp includes: a street lamp pillar; a solar cell module; a fixing post crossed over the street lamp pillar; a hinge attached to the backside of the solar cell module and rotated using the fixing post as a support axis; and a torsion spring rotated using the fixing post as the support axis and a torsion spring controls a rotation radius of a hinge to be limited within a selected range.
