The present invention relates to a separation membrane cartridge cleaning apparatus for a wastewater treatment process. According to the present invention, a separation membrane cartridge, which is located inside a membrane separation aerobic tank of the wastewater treatment process and contaminated while separating solids and liquid from contaminates of wastewater, is collected, detachably mounted on the watermill type cartridge cleaning apparatus installed inside a cleaning tank storing cleaning liquid to be rotated, dipped in the cleaning liquid, and then cleaned by water and air sprayed from a filter cleaning unit on the upper side, thereby simplifying a cleaning process of the separation membrane cartridge and improving workability.
