The present invention relates to an anchor device for construction and an installation method thereof, in particular, to an anchor device for construction that fixes an exterior material such as a marble to a concrete (20) wall body to which an insulation material (10) is attached. The present invention comprises a fixing member (100) that is in the shape of a cylinder, where an opening part is formed on one end and is inserted and fixed to the insulation material (10); an anchor bolt (110) that is inserted through the fixing member (100), has an expansion part (111) on one end and a screw thread (112) on an outer side of the other end so that one end is inserted to the concrete (20) and the other end is protruded to an outer part of the insulation material (10); a sleeve (120) that is formed on one end of the anchor bolt (110), wherein an outer diameter can be expanded in order to be fixed to the concrete (20); a tightening member (130) that is inserted to the anchor bolt (110) to be formed on the other end of the sleeve (120), where an outer diameter of one end is smaller than that of the other end to fix the anchor bolt (110) to the concrete (20); and a connecting member (150) that is located between the fixing member (100) and a coupling member (140), where the coupling member (140) is inserted to the other end of the anchor bolt (110) that is protruded to the outer side of the fixing member (100). The present invention can improve the workability when constructing a building as the anchor inserted to the insulation material (10) and the concrete (20) is not inclined but fixed and mounted horizontally by the tightening member (130). |
