The present invention relates to a composition for skin disease treatment containing extracts or fractions of Eremochloa ophiuroides as an active ingredient, more specifically to a composition which contains an Eremochloa ophiuroides extract, a fraction thereof, or an active fraction separated from the fraction. The Eremochloa ophiuroides extract, the fraction thereof, or the active fraction separated from the fraction remarkably inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acnes which are causative organisms of acne germs, and malassezia which is a causative organism of dandruff for effectively prevent, treat, and cure skin diseases caused by microorganisms including novel natural acne. |
