The present invention relates to a coal tower. The coal tower according to the present invention comprises: a coal bunker where coking coal to be transferred to a transfer conveyor is stored, a discharge hole is formed in the lower part thereof in order to discharge the coking coal, and a liner is installed on an inner wall adjacent to the discharge hole; a feeder chute where the coking coal discharged from the discharge hole passes through; a weighing hopper where the coking coal which has passed through the feeder chute is stored, and a bin gate is installed in order to discharge the stored coking coal to a charging car; and a screen member which is installed in the feeder chute in order to filter the liner detached from the inner wall of the coal bunker due to the impact by the coking coal. According to the present invention, the liner can be prevented from getting stuck in the bin gate by filtering the liner attached to the inner wall of the coal bunker using a screen bar installed in the feeder chute, thereby removing concerns over the stoppage of a coal mining process due to the liner getting stuck. |
