The present invention relates to a drying apparatus for agricultural products using a heating sheet and a drying method of agricultural products using the same. The present invention has the purpose to provide a drying apparatus for agricultural products comprising a heating unit consisting of an insulating material, a heat reflection plate and a heating sheet, a drying tray storing agricultural products, and a cover preventing the heat radiated from the heating unit from emitting to outside, so as to block the heat exchange between the ground and the heating unit, uniformly deliver the heat to the laminated multiple drying trays by the cover, and evenly dry the agricultural products. The present invention is characterized in that the drying apparatus for agricultural products comprises a heating unit (10) radiating heat; drying trays (20) storing agricultural products and laminated with at least one; and a foldable cover (30) facilitating storage after use and covering the drying trays (20) to prevent the loss of heat radiated from the heating unit (10). As such, the drying apparatus for agricultural products is able to dry agricultural products at any locations without limit of spaces. |
