The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a component negative-ion chip-binder packing material which emits negative ions and is conveniently manufactured. The present invention includes a step of drying an elastic chip; a step of forming a negative-ion coating layer on the surface of the elastic chip by coating the elastic chip with a coating liquid in which negative ion nanoparticles are dispersed; and a step of packing the elastic chip in which the negative ion coating layer is formed on the surface by mixing the elastic chip with a binder. The present invention has excellent storage stability and is conveniently manufactured. |
