Disclosed is an LED underwater fish-luring lamp device installed in a jigging fishing vessel. The disclosed LED underwater fish-luring lamp device is an LED underwater fish-luring lamp device installed under water on both ports of the hull of a jigging fishing vessel for catching squid, which comprises installation plates installed on both ports; at least one upper fish-luring lamp installed above the installation plates, and irradiating light at a glancing angle of 60 degrees, upturn 15 degrees toward the sea surface direction and downturn 45 degrees toward the opposite direction of the sea surface; and at least one lower fish-luring lamp installed under the installation plates, and irradiating light at a glancing angle of 15 degrees to overlap with the light irradiated from the upper fish-luring lamp. The region of the light irradiated from the upper fish-luring lamp is a first positive region; the region of the light irradiated from the lower fish-luring lamp is a second positive region; and an overlapped region is a region overlapped between the first positive region and the second positive region. If the bottom region of the hull where either of the light irradiated from the upper fish-luring lamp and the light irradiated from the lower fish-luring lamp does not reach is a negative region, the overlapped region increases the contrast ratio against the negative region so that squid is surely collected in the negative region.
