The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube composite comprising: a step (step a) of manufacturing a suspension in which carbon nanotubes are dispersed by mixing the carbon nanotubes and solvents; a step (step b) of maintaining the suspension; a step (step c) of manufacturing wet carbon nanotubes by separating the solvents from the suspension; and a step (step d) of manufacturing a carbon nanotube composite by mixing the wet carbon nanotube and a polymer melt. The present invention uniformly improves the electrical properties of carbon nanotubes by dispersing the carbon nanotubes in hydrophilic fluids and hydrophobic fluids through a simple preservation process without a chemical modifier.
