METHOD FOR OBTAINING A PASTE-LIKE FORMULATION OF THE INSECTOACARICIDE BIOPREPARATION BACTOFUNGIN-LS

A method for obtaining a paste-like formulation of the complex microbial insectoacaricidal biopreparation "Bactofungin-LS" includes combined growing of Bacillus thuringiensis var. thuringiensis IMB-7186 and Beauveria bassiana IMB-F-100043 on a nutrient medium up to a level of bacterial sporulation of 95-98 % and the maximum accumulation of blastospores. To sediment the β-exotoxin of Bacillus thuringiensis, 20 % CaClis added to the cultural liquid up to a final concentration of 5 %, after what it is centrifuged at 6000 rev/min in the course of 10-15 min, the obtained sediment is supplemented with 3-3.5 % carboxymethylcellulose, 5-6 % KCl and 3-3.5 % glycerol.
