摘要 The present invention relates to a text interference evasion method and system for laser marking on a tire sidewall, which includes: the step and means for operating a mean value of two-dimensional data from a section profile by a displacement sensor controller on the basis of the data measured by a displacement sensor; the step and means for transmitting the mean value to an algorism operation PC; the step and means for connecting point data of the transmitted mean value to form a new profile; the step and means for filtering the data through a low pass filter of an FFT to form a virtual reference profile wherein no pattern or text exists on the plane surface of a tire; the step and means for comparing the profile obtained by connecting the point data of the mean value and he virtual reference profile to obtain difference values between the two data; the step and means for obtaining the variation rate of the obtained difference values; the step and means for obtaining the continuously lower portions than a given value of the variation rate to form a reserve group for laser marking; and the step and means for selecting a low variation rate value during the largest section to perform laser marking.
