The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a semiconductive composition for an extra-high voltage power cable, comprising: a masterbatch manufacturing step for manufacturing a masterbatch including a principal resin, which is alpha-olefin, alpha-olefin derivative or mixture thereof, an auxiliary polymer, carbon nanotube, carbon black and a crosslinking agent; and a re-dispersion step for re-dispersing the masterbatch to the principal resin. In addition, the present invention provides a semiconductive composition for the special coating of an extra-high voltage power cable, comprising: 2 to 35 parts by weight of an auxiliary polymer; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a carbon nanotube; 2 to 15 parts by weight of carbon black; and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of a principal resin, which is alpha-olefin, alpha-olefin derivative or mixture thereof. By using the semiconductive composition and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention, the dispersibility of carbon nanotube is improved, thereby obtaining a semiconductive compositing having excellent thermal stability and electroconductivity. |
