The present invention relates to a steel panel for a dual floor system, which can integrally install a panel body (P) on a beam (300) using a metal pad (200) having boss parts (210), which protrude from the four corners thereof and each of which has a panel coupling hole (211) and a beam coupling hole (212), and a vibration absorption member (220), which is provided on the surface thereof, and a method for manufacturing the same. In the steel panel for a dual floor system according to the present invention, an upper plate (100) of the panel body (P), which is processed to have predetermined horizontal and vertical lengths (L), is made of a steel plate having a thickness (t) of 15 to 45 mm, bolt holes (101) are formed on the four corners of the upper plate (100) of the panel body (P) to be coupled with the panel coupling holes (211) of the metal pad (200), support parts (110), each of which is made of a steel angular bar member (111), are installed on the bottom of the four edges of the upper plate (100), a bolt through hole (112), which is concentric with the bolt hole (101), is formed in the upper part of the cross section of the edge of the support part (110), a boss part hole (113) is formed under the bolt through hole (112) so that the panel body (P) can be coupled to the metal pad (200) together with an aluminum panel to easily replace and repair the panel, and a spiral part (101) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of each of the bolt holes (101) formed in the four corners of the panel body (P) to couple both a traction bolt (B2) and a coupling bolt (B1), thus improving work efficiency and providing a beautiful appearance after construction. |
