The present invention relates to a system for monitoring a program sequence and a method thereof. The method for monitoring a program sequence according to the present invention comprises a first step for setting an eigenvalue (ID), a key value (KEY), and a previous key value (preKEY) of a main function in which a program necessary for the operation of a vehicle is performed; a second step for executing the main function; a third step in which the key value of the main function conducts an OR operation with the previous key value and the eigenvalue when the main function is executed; and a fourth step for determining that the main function is normal when the calculated key value is identical to the set key value and determining that the main function is in error when the two values are difference from each other. |
