An image forming apparatus is provided to suppress heat transferred to surroundings from a heating roller. An image forming apparatus comprises a photoconductor(33), an exposure apparatus(34), a developer(35), a transferring apparatus(36) and a fuser(50). The exposure apparatus applies light on the photoconductor to form an electrostatic latent image. The developer forms a visible image by adhering a developing agent on the photoconductor. The transferring apparatus transfers the visible image formed on the photoconductor to a printing medium. The fuser comprises a heating roller, a pressing roller and a fuser cover. The heating roller generates heat. The pressing roller is closely contacted with the heating roller. The fuser cover protects the heating roller and/or the pressing roller. |
