A centrifugal impact crusher with a double magnetic suspension of the rotor comprises a body with loading and unloading openings, an acceleration rotor with guiding elements fixed thereon mounted on a vertical shaft inside the body, cushion elements secured on the perimeter of inner surface of the body with creation of a crushing zone between them and the acceleration rotor, an upper shaft support located under the acceleration rotor and made in the form of a magnetic system consisting of permanent magnets and electromagnets secured on fixed and movable horizontal platforms respectively providing location of like poles above each other, and an electric drive connected to the vertical shaft using the lower support made with possibility of movement of the vertical shaft for a predetermined distance along its axis, wherein the fixed platform is rigidly secured relative to the body, and the movable platform is disposed above the fixed platform at a distance providing a predetermined value of the gap between the like poles of said magnets and is secured on the vertical shaft with possibility of joint movement over a distance corresponding to the predetermined travel distance of the vertical shaft to the lower support. On the vertical shaft under the upper support an additional support is mounted which is made in the form of a magnetic system consisting of permanent magnets and electromagnets secured on fixed and movable horizontal platforms respectively providing location of like poles above each other, while the fixed platform is rigidly fixed relative to the body, and the movable platform is disposed above the fixed platform at a distance providing a predetermined value of the gap between the like poles of said magnets and secured on the vertical shaft with possibility of their joint movement over a distance corresponding to the predetermined travel distance of the vertical shaft to the lower support. |
