A switching method and a switching apparatus are provided to output a reliable switching signal by generating an output signal without a bouncing effect using digital program, instead of a bouncing protector. An anti-bouncing switching apparatus includes a turn-on processor, a turn-off processor, and a switching signal output unit(70). The turn-on processor generates a turn on signal, when an output voltage of a switch is maintained at a first voltage level for a first time interval, after the switch is turned on. The turn-off processor generates a turn off signal, when the output voltage of the switch is maintained at a second voltage level for a second time interval, after the switch is turned off. The switching signal output unit turns on a switching signal, when the turn on signal is generated, and turns off the switching signal, when the turn off signal is generated. The turn on processor includes a switch-on recognition unit(10), an on-duration determining unit(20), and a turn-on output unit(30). The turn off processor includes a switch-off recognition unit(40), an off-duration determining unit(50), and a turn-off output unit(60). |
