Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fabric for chemical biological and radiological protective clothes. The method includes a step of forming a web from electrospun fibers, a step of introducing an inorganic material adsorbing a toxic substance to the fibers on the web through a non-binding method, and a step of combining the web on which the inorganic material is introduced with a surface layer.
