The present invention relates to a temporary retaining facility as an ordinary temporary retaining facility which comprises: multiple strut columns vertically buried in the ground; multiple support wales horizontally connecting the struts; and multiple props connecting the support wales facing each other, and which includes: brackets of which each has a coupling part to which the end portion of the support wale is coupled to be fixed and has a supporting part shaped into a rectangular pipe and perpendicularly installed on the coupling part; rotation members of which each has a rotation supporting part which is installed between the adjacent brackets at both sides thereof and which is positioned to be parallel to the supporting parts at both sides thereof; rotary shafts of which two are installed to connect both sides of the rotation supporting part and the respective coupling parts adjacent thereto. Therefore, according to the present invention, soil pressure acting on the temporary retaining facility can be transmitted intactly and resisted efficiently by connecting the wales to be able to rotate, thereby preventing the excavated ground from being collapsed by the soil pressure action on the temporary retaining facility and safely constructing a structure inside the excavated ground.
