<p>The present invention provides a ceramic chute liner and an assembling method thereof. The ceramic chute liner is mounted inside a chute case of a chute, and composed of a box made by cutting a metal material into a desired size and a shape and by folding sides of the cut material. The box includes a side plate (52) and a bottom plate (52), and has an additional connection plate (57) when the chute liner is combined with a damper inside the chute, wherein the connection plate (57) is combined with the damper by using a fixing bolt (53) and with the chute liner by sliding. The assembling method is provided not to fasten a chute liner, which is composed of a ceramic material, directly to a chute, but to assemble the chute liner with the chute by using a separate connection plate, thereby improving workability during a process for fastening the ceramic chute and facilitating a connection and separation work for the ceramic chute.</p> |
