The vehicle i.e. elliptic scooter (11), has a frame (12) comprising mobile pallets (19, 21) attached to driving wheel (18) by a movement transmission system (24). The system has epicyclic gears coupled by a transversal shaft. The shaft has satellite carrying transversely spaced and diametrically opposite crank pins. Each pin carries satellite pinions geared in crown wheels fixed relative to the frame. The pinions have diameter being worth half of diameter of the wheels and equipped with right crank (39) and left crank. The pallets are connected to the cranks by a pivot connection.
