[Problem] To provide a ventilation device for a building, the ventilation device discharging air within the building to the outside of the building. The ventilation device opens and closes a flow path for air within the space formed between the outer wall and inner wall of the building and has a heat insulation effect. [Solution] A ventilation device for a building consists of a rotatable lid body and a frame body which has an air flow hole formed therein, and the ventilation device discharges air within the building. The rotatable lid body which comprises a half-cylindrical lid body is connected to the arm of a rotating shaft through an elastic body. The slide pin of the lid body is fitted in a slide hole which is formed in a slide drive plate secured to the rotating shaft, and the lid body can be moved by the extension and retraction of the elastic body so as to change the gap between the lid body and the rotating shaft. |
