DECODING METHOD AND APPARATUS

In the technical field of communication networks, a decoding method and apparatus are disclosed, which can improve the mean opinion score of subjective voice quality and reduce the noise risk. In an embodiment of the present invention, a first sub-stream in a demodulated soft value is decoded by using a decoder that is based on error detection code-aided decision to obtain a first decoding result; the first decoding result is corrected by using a voice frame repairing decoder to obtain a second decoding result; and parameters in the second decoding result are corrected, and a correction result is sent to a voice frame decoder. The solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to all systems that use channel coding to implement voice transmission and provide error protection. The embodiment of the present invention comprises but is not limited to decoding of AMR, bandwidth AMR and enhanced full-rate voice coding.
