A pharmaceutical composition for treatment of cancers, a lyophilized preparation for injection of the pharmaceutical composition, a preparation method for same, and applications thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises 200-300 parts of ginsenosides, 48-72 parts of astragaloside, 60-90 parts of syringoside, and 4.2-6.3 parts of cantharidin. The preparation method for the pharmaceutical composition is a conventional method. The pharmaceutical composition and the lyophilized preparation for injection of same are applicable in treatment of cancers such as primary liver cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, malignant lymphoma, and gynecological cancers.
