The present invention discloses a compound separated from Monascus-fermented rice, the preparation method and uses thereof. Specifically, the present invention discloses a compound represented by the Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein, R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxyl, C1-6 straight or branched alkoxyl, (II), (III) and (IV); R2 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxyl and C1-6 straight or branched alkoxyl. The present invention further discloses a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound. The compound of the present invention has HMG-CoA reductase inhibition effects. |
