PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a valving element for check and a valving element for an excess flow prevention, to prevent unstable behavior from being generated, and to achieve simplification and space saving.SOLUTION: An excess flow-preventing check valve includes: a valving element 24 for check which is provided movably between an opening position where a gas flowing in from an entrance port 26 is allowed to flow forward out of an exit port 27 and a closing position where the gas is stopped from flowing backward from the exit port 27 to the entrance port 26; a collar part 24a which abuts against a stopper part 55 provided on a housing 28 to stop the valving element for check 24 at the opening position from moving forward; an excess flow-preventing valving element 23 which stops the gas from flowing forward when the differential pressure between the entrance port 26 and exit port 27 exceeds predetermined set differential pressure; and a spring member 30 which energizes and presses the excess flow-preventing valving element 23 backward against the valving element for check 24 and allows the valving element for check 24 to move toward the closing position. |
