PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a display panel.SOLUTION: The display panel comprises a liquid crystal cell, an upper polarizer arranged above the liquid crystal cell, a lower polarizer positioned under the liquid crystal cell, and a transflective film arranged under the lower polarizer. The invention further discloses a display device containing the display panel. The invention improves transflective display effect, is simple in structure and significantly reduces cost compared with existing transflective display modes.
