A system (10) for determining road force uniformity of a tire (T) is disclosed. The system (10) includes a plurality of imaging devices (12) and a computer (14) communicatively- coupled to the plurality of imaging devices (12). The plurality of imaging devices (12) images a plurality of surfaces (TSU, TSL, TT) of the tire (T) as the tire-wheel assembly (TW) is rotated about an axis of rotation (A- A). The computer (14) receives images captured by the plurality of imaging devices (12) in order for the computer (14) to extract data from the images such that the computer (14) may execute a road force uniformity simulation algorithm for the purpose of algorithmically simulating road force uniformity of the tire (&Tgr;).
