The objective of the present invention is to appropriately form an implant cavity without forming a stent, to reduce cost and to shorten operative time. A guide tool (1), which guides a cutting bar that is mounted to a handpiece when forming an implant cavity at an implanting position of an implant, is configured by comprising a long handle part (11), a pole part (12) which supports a distal end side of the handle part (11) and a guide part (13) which guides the cutting bar at the distal end side of the handle part (11).
