PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation information processing device that can properly process reservations for restaurants.SOLUTION: Reservation information processing device includes: a reservation inquiry information reception unit 15 for receiving reservation inquiry information that is information with which an inquiry as to whether a reservation by a user is possible is made to a restaurant; an availability information obtaining unit 16 for obtaining availability information that is information indicating the availability of usable places on which reservations can be made, using usable place information stored in a usable place storage unit 11, usable place reservation information included in reservation information, and usable place usage information included in usage information; a reservation determination unit 17 for determining as to whether the reservation indicated in the reservation inquiry information is possible using the availability information; an output unit 20 for making an output according to a determination result provided by the reservation determination unit 17; a reservation command reception unit 22 for receiving a reservation command that is a command to accumulate the reservation information when the reservation determination unit 17 determines that the reservation is possible; and a reservation information accumulation unit 23 for accumulating the reservation information in a reservation information storage unit 12 according to the reservation command. |
