<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a conventional photoelectric conversion device that since the potential at the input node of a first signal output section is reset after a signal holding section has ended the operation of holding an optical signal, the interval after an optical signal is output from the first signal output section before the potential at the input node of a first signal output section is reset is prolonged.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a first switch provided in the electrical path of a first signal output section and a second signal output section, and a second switch provided in the electrical path of the second signal output section and a signal holding section. After the first switch and the second switch are brought into conduction state, respectively, the potential at the input node of a first signal output section is reset when the second switch is in conduction state, and the first switch is in non-conduction state.</p> |
