The present invention relates to an electrode assembly comprising: two or more electrode plates having a structure in which electrode tabs are formed; and a separation plate interposed between the electrode plates and/or a single-unit separation sheet interposed between the electrode plates and covering a side of an electrode plate which is a portion having no electrode tabs, wherein the electrode plates having opposite polarities to each other are stacked along a height direction on the basis of a flat surface by putting the separation plate and/or the separation sheet therebetween, a laminate of the electrode plates includes electrode plates of different sizes, and an absolute value of a thickness difference between the electrode plates of different sizes which are facing each other is 0-79㎛.
