The device (1) has an arrangement portion (3) for arranging a target object at a device main portion. A guide structure (4) is provided with a U-shaped profile, for hanging up the device main portion into a guide rope (2). An aperture (9) is formed between a first leg (4.1) and a second leg (4.2) of the U-shaped profile. A closure portion (5) is swingably supported in a region of an end (4.1.1) of the first leg of the guide structure and extended over the aperture of the guide structure. A return spring (6) is pressurized against an end (4.2.1) of the second leg of the guide structure.
