PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid work vehicle that even when conducting heavy-load work continuously, can continue to conduct the work without reducing power.SOLUTION: The work vehicle comprises: an electric motor generator driven by an engine; a hydraulic pump driven by at least one of the electric motor generator and the engine; a work device driven by pressure oil from the hydraulic pump; a drive electric motor for driving wheels; an electric storage device that is connected to the electric motor generator and the drive electric motor and is charged based on target SOC; and a control device that changes the target SOC for the electric storage device on the basis of total power required (Pf+Prun) for the hydraulic pump and the drive electric motor.
