The present invention relates to a valve for a water purifier having an improved structure so as to automatically block the supply of hot water when the temperature of the hot water is low. The valve for a water purifier, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing having a hot water path through which hot water introduced from a hot water storage tank flows; a lid which is disposed so as to be movable between a blocking position at which the flow of the hot water which flows through the hot water path is blocked and an opening position at which the hot water flows; and a driving member which is made from a shape-memory alloy material and is deformed according to the temperature of the hot water so as to move the lid between the blocking position and the opening position.
