PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filler tube capable of suppressing generation of rust and corrosion so as to maintain the appearance of the surroundings of a filler port, and capable of securing ait tightness surely when the filler port is covered with a filler cap.SOLUTION: The fuel filler tube comprises a filler tube body 2 formed of an electric resistance weld pipe which is molded into a pipe shape from a galvanized steel sheet. On one end of the filler tube body 2, a filler port 2a is provided. The other end is coupled to a fuel tank. On a seam weld part B of the surroundings of the filler port 2a, there is no galvanized layer. On an opening circumferential edge of the filler port 2a, an annular shaped rubber cover 6 is attached along the whole circumference. In a state that the filler port 2a is covered with a filler cap 5, a gap between the filler port 2a and the filler cap 5 is filled up. |
