<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an overall system capacity.SOLUTION: A base station device, for performing radio communication with a terminal device in a cell area formed by a radio signal transmitted, includes a control unit, a receiver unit and a transmitter unit. The transmitter unit transmits a reference signal. The control unit measures the load of the base station device, receives a reception power report of the reference signal received by the terminal device and detects a terminal device located in the peripheral part of the cell area. When the measured load is decided to be large, the control unit calculates the transmission power of the base station device on the basis of the reception power report of the reference signal transmitted from the terminal device that is detected to be located in the peripheral part of the cell area, to instructed the transmitter unit to decrease transmission power to the calculated value.</p> |
