<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus and an imaging apparatus which are capable of satisfying both of high-speed automatic focus control and high-quality image acquisition.SOLUTION: A pixel includes a first pixel and a second pixel. The first pixel includes first photoelectric conversion means formed in a first substrate and converting incident light into an electrical signal. The second pixel includes second photoelectric conversion means formed in the first substrate and converting the incident light into the electrical signal, light beam selecting means formed in the first substrate and selecting a light beam made incident on the second photoelectric conversion means, and third photoelectric conversion means formed in a second substrate and converting the incident light after passing through the first substrate into the electrical signal. The electrical signal converted by the first photoelectric conversion means and the electrical signal converted by the third photoelectric conversion means are output as an image signal and the electrical signal converted by the second photoelectric conversion means is output as a focus signal.</p> |
