COMPUTER MOUNTING METHOD, PROGRAM, AND SYSTEM FOR OBTAINING CALCULATION FORMULA FOR CALCULATING KPI RELATED TO BUSINESS PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a program, and a system for obtaining a calculation formula for calculating the KPI of a business process.SOLUTION: The KPI of a business process is calculated on the basis of a KPI("task KPI") to be obtained in each task. The method includes steps of: preparing a table for defining the set of the synthetic operational types of the task KPI of a plurality of tasks associated with the predetermined relations of the plurality of tasks for each type of the task KPI; calculating the synthetic operational formula of the task KPI across a whole business process by referring to the table for each type of the task KPI; and generating a calculation formula for calculating the process KPI of the business process by using the synthetic operational formula of the task KPI across the whole business process.
