PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper unit for capturing an excrement substantially independently of the motion of the body of a person, no matter whether the person might take a seated state or a supine position.SOLUTION: A diaper unit comprises: a diaper exterior body 2 including a cover 20 enveloping an artificial gluteal muscle block made of an elastic member and having a hook-and-loop fastener 26aa at the portion which faces at least the hip of a wearer at a wearing time; and a diaper interior body 3 including a diaper body portion 30 having an opening 36 at a feces corresponding portion of a diaper and adhered to the diaper exterior body 2 by the hook-and-loop fastener 26aa of the diaper exterior body 2, and a feces bag 40 connected to the opening 36 of the diaper body portion 30 and made water-absorptive at its inside and waterproof at its outside so that the feces bag 40 is accommodated in the hole of the diaper exterior body. |
