The present invention relates to a camera actuator having an auto focusing function and a camera-shake correction function that controls the focus of a camera and corrects a camera-shake by adjusting the position of a lens relative to an image sensor. The camera actuator comprises: a base disposed on the upper side of an image sensor; a first carrier having a lens mounted thereon and moving on the base in the optical axis direction of the lens; a second carrier moving on the base in a perpendicular direction to the optical axis direction; a first driving part disposed on one side of the first carrier to generate a driving force for moving the first carrier; and a second driving part that is disposed on the opposite side of the first carrier and separated from the first driving part and generates a driving force for moving the second carrier. Accordingly, it is easy to perform a control for auto focusing and camera-shake correction.
