Provided are a complex optical sheet, a light source assembly and a liquid crystal display including the same, and a method for fabricating the complex optical sheet. The complex optical sheet comprises a first substrate; a first light modulating layer formed on the upper surface of the first substrate, including a plurality of prisms, and consisting of a binding material layer; a second substrate disposed apart from the first substrate above the upper part of the first substrate; and an intaglio pattern formed on the lower surface of the second substrate and including a plurality of intaglio patterns at least partially combined with the first light modulating layer on the surface of the modulating layer.
