The present invention comprises: a traffic light system for outputting a signal state for a waiting vehicle and a driving vehicle that is generated by controlling the lighting of a traffic light lamp according to predetermined points of time; a vehicle speed detecting sensor for detecting the speed of a vehicle; an ISG control part for controlling the engine drive of the vehicle according to the signal state input from the traffic light system and counting the remaining time of the signal state input from the traffic light system when the stop of the vehicle is detected by the vehicle speed detecting sensor; and an engine driving part for driving the engine of the vehicle according to the ISG control part. The present invention can provide an ISG apparatus using traffic light information that controls the ISG apparatus according to the traffic light information while displaying, on a navigation device, the remaining time of a red signal placed on a corresponding path by interlocking with the traffic light information; and a manufacturing method thereof. |
