The invention relates to a guarantee for the periodic removal of the removable pressure gauge (2) on permanently-pressurised extinguishers (4) with a removable pressure gauge (2), by placing a PVC label (3) between the removable pressure gauge (2) and the extinguisher head (1). Said system of check guarantee relates to the technical field of verification of permanently-pressurised extinguishers (4) with removable pressure gauge (2) which permits the establishment of the fact that and checking that the removable pressure gauge (2) has been removed and reconnected on checking the permanently-pressurised extinguisher (4), as no material proof can be provided that the removable pressure gauge (2) has actually been removed and the function verified. The technical problem to be resolved is proof that the removable pressure gauge (2) of a permanently-pressurised extinguisher (4) has been removed. The placement of said PVC label (3), inserted between the removable pressure gauge (2) and the extinguisher head (1), provides the necessary proof that the removable pressure gauge (2) on the permanently-pressurised extinguisher (4) has been removed for checking. The month, year, pressure of the permanently-pressurised extinguisher (4) in bars and the name of the technician who changed the PVC label (3) are marked on the label in indelible marker pen, at each periodic check (generally annually).
