Provided are polynucleotides complementary to a polynucleotide with two or more complementary regions which are complementary to target nucleic acids and are reverse configuration, and uses thereof. Accordingly, the polynucleotide can be used for reducing a region conjugated to 3′end of the target nucleic acids and effectively and specifically amplifying the target nucleic acids.
