摘要 The present invention relates to a thin type thermoplastic composite materials with reinforced insulation surface materials and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention comprises a thin type middle layer with less than 1.5mm laminated between an upper skin layer and a lower skin layer or either on the upper skin layer or the lower skin layer. The middle layer is formed by continuous fiber impregnated with thermoplastic resin alternatively stacked by 0°/90° positions while fiber reinforcement member is continuously arranged in one direction. The insulation surface layer with insulation function is laminated either on the upper skin layer or lower skin layer. According to the present invention, the thin type thermoplastic composite material shows excellent moldability and workability and is useful for manufacturing interior and exterior parts of automobiles for reducing the weight of automobiles, thereby improving fuel efficiency.
